Hi, SO I’m doing something that might seem uncanny to most people, but this week, I’ve changed my sleep schedule drastically! I’ve only been sleeping 20 minutes every 3 hours.
NOT because of a guilty conscience or too many energy drinks, but because of Seinfeld! I was watching an episode where Kramer (goofy haired guy) decided to do this same exact thing, and went on to explain to Jerry how Da Vinci did it. Then later on in the episode he was thrown in the Hudson river because his girlfriend thought he had died on top of him… (Google it, its funny) But anyways, I looked it up, and it was true! We all know the great Leonardo Da Vinci was a genius and master of his craft, which I’m pretty sure had nothing to do with his sleeping habits, but it did get me thinking. It got me thinking of a lot of times up late nights / mornings writing and producing and a lot of creative material would comes when I’m in that “half reality” state.
SO I was going to test it out for the next month. I figure 2 things would happen, either I would reach Nirvana and become one with universe. OR.. I’d have a psychotic breakdown! I hope for the first, but we’ll see. I’ll try to blog about it while I’m on this journey.
A #POLYPHASIC sleeper

I noticed your intentions for the polyphasic sleep experiment on Twitter, and just wanted to offer encouragement and support! I’m currently on my third day of adaptation to the Uberman schedule, and so far it’s going really well (I did have to walk in circles in the middle of the night to stay awake last night, but oh well…)
